Our goal as the leading authority in the housing industry is to become more involved in the decision making process which controls our industry and thereby our economy.

About MAHBA

For over fifty plus years, we have been the leaders in providing education and training for the construction industry. The primary mission of the Maryville Alcoa Home Builders Association is to represent the members of the home building industry before legislative and regulatory bodies to ensure our continued ability to provide safe, quality housing in East Tennessee.

We promote responsible economic growth by providing jobs and homes which expands the tax base of our region. In addition, the association provides services to our communities through programs such as Home Shows, Parade of Homes, Scholarship Programs and Charitable Activities.
